To further improve payment services for overseas travelers, the central bank will instruct platforms such as Alipay and Tenpay to raise the annual cumulative transaction limit from US$10,000 to US$50,000. The platforms will also optimize their operating procedures and improve the efficiency of binding overseas bank cards, while simplifying identity verification when conducting transactions.
Sufficient cash reserves will be ensured for overseas cash users in key cities and scenic spots. Cash and bank card rejection will be strictly penalized. Payment facilitation in areas including transport, catering and retail sales will also be boosted for overseas travelers.

Cloisonne is an art technique that is mainly used to decorate metal objects or ceramics. It is thought that the technique originated in the West. Chinese craftsmen then learned to create beautiful bronzes and porcelains with this technique in the Ming and Qing dynasties. They applied many thin layers of enamel with embedded material, firing each layer to coat an object.
What if you have a chance to make a Chinese cloisonne mirror? Just bent metal strips to a unique design, solder them to a metal surface, fill the resulting cellular spaces with vitreous enamel paste, and embed small pieces of material such as powdered mineral in the enamel... Yes! Now it's the time. Join us on the journey to appreciate the fascinating cloisonne handicraft!
